Our Halloween was very different this year. We went to our ward party and the kids went room to room in the church to get treats. I had a room and passed out treats with Nora as my little helper (although she fell asleep pretty fast in her bumbo chair and really just became another decoration in the room). It was weird to not trick or treat at Grandma and Grandpa Jensen's house or even know a single person at our ward party, but at least we had something to do. I hope that Jeremy and I can get callings soon so that we can have some instant friends. :)

I love the little pumpkin outfit.
What a whirlwind huh? I am a little jealous that you made it back to California but I guess you are still quite a ways from home. I have to accept I will most likely never be a California girl again(but I am at heart). Best wishes with your new adventure!
Glad you made it to sunny California. And you already have some instant friends in Louisiana. Just one move away.
You teased potential insta-friends with a cameo before leaving for a month! Terrible. :)
As for callings, Bishop tries to let people acclimate a little. I'd bet, though, that auxiliaries are already "bidding" for you guys.
