New Toys

We were recently blessed to get a new bike trailer and a new TV stand/entertainment center. We are so glad to be able to ride bikes as a family. We went out for a test ride on Thursday morning. It was GREAT! Paul loved riding in the trailer and he was so adorable in his little helmet. Jeremy and I were glad to be able to ride our bikes together for leisure rather than hurriedly getting to work or class separately. I hope and plan to take many more such family rides through the park, around the neighborhood, and to the grocery store. Hurrah! Hurrah for the bike trailer!

The second goody was the TV stand. We have been concerned ever since Paul became mobile that our too-big-for-the-tiny-stand-TV would fall over and hurt our little boy. He was constantly climbing next to it, behind it, and sometimes under part of it. So, after 4 and 1/2 hours of single-handed genius, I was able to rearrange the living room to accommodate, this newer, sturdier, beautifuller stand. It really looks fantastic. It completely changes the feel in the room. I kind of want to camp out in the living room and stare at it like it is a lit up Christmas tree. Hurrah! Hurrah for the TV stand!

Back on track!

So, this blog was accidentally deleted by me and now it will start anew today. Don't feel too bad. There were only two posts before this one about welcome this and that to our blog and halloween, so you didn't miss much.
